In the event that a unit is sent to us for our R&R (Repair and Return) Service & it is non-remanufacturable, if the order is not changed to an outright unit that ships from our inventory as a replacement for your defective unit, a minimum $59.99 non-refundable fee will be assessed for diagnostic, testing fees & return shipping. This warranty
does not cover any defects caused by misuse, collision, negligence, unreasonable use, flood or electrical damage, and improper installation or application. All warranty claims are subject to our approval. We assume no liability for labor, diagnostics, technical fees, towing claims, rental car charges, lodging, or any other direct or consequential damages arising as a result of this transaction.
